Wear

Failure: Clutch discs wear out over time due to constant use and friction, leading to a thinning of the disc surface and loss of friction material.

Repair Method: Worn clutch discs usually need to be replaced. Replacing the clutch disc with a suitable spare part for your tractor's make and model can resolve the issue.

Slipping

Failure: If the clutch disc slips, it reduces the tractor's gearshifting performance as the clutch may not fully engage, leading to a lack of friction.

Repair Method: Repairing a slipping clutch disc is not possible, and in such cases, the disc must be completely replaced.

Cracks or Breaks

Failure: Cracks or breaks in the clutch disc significantly impact its performance, hindering the clutch's ability to function properly.
